SHIPPING POLICIES

We offer shipping of Spartex products exclusively to the European Union!

Our shipping guidelines for the online shop in the EU include the following points:
 

  1. Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders within the EU.
    There is  no hidden shipping costs, and the customer does not have to reach a minimum order value to benefit from this.
     

  2. LDelivery time depends on the delivery address: The delivery time varies depending on the customer's delivery address.
    We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
    The expected delivery time is displayed to the customer during the ordering process.
     

  3. Product will be released for shipment after payment: After payment has been successfully completed, the product will be released for shipment.
    We carefully check payments to ensure the security of transactions.
     

  4. VerSand confirmation by email: As soon as the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This email contains tracking information so that the  Customer can track the status of their delivery.
     

It is important to us that our shipping policies are transparent and customer-focused. Our goal is to ensure fast and reliable delivery so that our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY & CANCELLATION FORM

A. Cancellation policy introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot predominantly be attributed to either their commercial or their independent professional activity:
 

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to do so without anga within fourteen daysbe of reasons to revoke this contract.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (Spartex e.U.

inform you about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.

In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
 

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from you choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have) to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
 

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
 

General notee

  1. Please avoid damage and contamination of the product. Please send the goods in       Original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components back to us.
    v    If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packagingr, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.

  2. Please do not send the goods back to us carriage paid.

  3. Please note that the aforementioned numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

  4. The food products have a seal and this must not be removed. Every seal is checked and documented before shipping and therefore a return is not possible if the seal is damaged.
